We noticed that there is a thread going on at RCtech forum regarding ordering experience with RC-Mushroom. First of all, we really appreciate for all customers support and making the existing of RC-Mushroom for over 8 years.
Here we want to answer some doubts from the RCtech thread and share some of our daily working procedures.
We update our web stock status two times a day.
1. Every morning we start processing orders, after all orders are printed. We will update the web stock status, it means the stock level will be decrease as all go to orders.
2. We receive package form our distributors everyday. Whenever the package arrival, we need to count each items according to the package list to ensure we are getting the correct items and quantity. After that the packing list goes to our accountant for entering all the items/quantity/price into our system. Once this step is done, we are ready to update our web stock level again then stock level will go up.
We do not have a very large stock level up and down each day compare to our whole stock level. And we project to keep each item quantity enough to sell for two weeks. But of course, we never know when we will get a customer order at a big quantity for a specific item making this item suddenly gone in a second then we send a purchase order to our supplier next day to fulfill the need for next customer. Well, some items come fast and some come very slow. Please do not think the distributors/manufactures have all the items ready for dealer's order. Some take a few days and some take up to 2 months for restock at there. At this point, we have no choice but just sit and wait for the stock coming from suppliers. This phenomenon happening on all the hobby shops in the world.
After this explanation, we hope you can understand how do we do on our daily operation on the inventory area.
