Shipping Method

	Shipping Information
	Orders will usually go out within 1-2 business days if all items are in stock. We use the most cost effective and reliable service in the business for small package - Hong Kong Post. So you can rest assured that your package will get there safely and in a timely manner. We will email you the shipping information once your order is shipped so you can track the status of your package online.

	Shipping Fee
	It is easy to find out the shipping fee. Simply add the items in your shopping cart, then click the "Shipping Fee" tab located on the upper right hand side of our website. Select the appropriate country, the shipping fee will be quoted instantly.

	Express Mail / Priority
	This is the fastest method of shipping. Estimated shipping time for 3-7 days , tracking number provided. Packages will be automatically insured for up to approximately $180USD. The insured value is the same as the declared value. Additional insurance can be purchased upon request with charge. We only ship by Express Mail / Priority for orders over $400USD as it is faster, more secure, and provides tracking information. (Choosing Express Mail / Priority is depends on your country.)

Air parcel with Register

Air parcel is only marginally cheaper than Speed post for large package. General shipping time for air parcel is 2~3 weeks, NO TRACKING facility is available for air parcel in most countries. Some countries may have limited tracking capability AFTER the package arrived the destination country.

Orders shipped via Air Register are at customer's risk.

Damaged or Missing shipments

Please do not accept package if it is opened or damaged. If opened or damaged shipment is delivered without your signature, please inspect the order. Immediately file a report with your local post office if any item is missing or damaged. Please email us a copy of the report so we can submit a claim for you.

The investigation period for lost or unreceived order is at least 1 month for EMS and Air Register is 2 months from the inquiry date.
